The AndarLucia Foundation is a non-profit organisation.
The Foundation is lead by the Board of the Foundation. The vision of the Foundation is supported by a Committee of Recommendation.
You can request the Statutes of the Foundation from the Board.
Bianca is the initiator of the AndarLucia Foundation. She gives substance to the foundation. The aim of the foundation is to renew the attention for the stimulating historical cooperation between the three cultures in Andalusia and to translate this into a contemporary challenge. This under the motto: What was possible then, is now also possible!
Beauty and connection are the starting point in both Bianca’s private and professional life. She likes to connect head and heart and is both analytical and creative. She is an advisor, trainer, coach, psychotherapist, enjoys traveling and meeting new cultures. She is also a writer of columns; she paints, bakes and cooks, she is a caterer and she gives cooking classes.
Bianca has managed her own agency for 20 years in the field of organization advice, event management and back office. She coordinated secretarial management for foundations, associations and various merger partners. She then made a switch and was trained as a psychosocial creative therapist. She has had a practice and provided training for organizations and individuals in the field of lifestyle coaching. In addition, she has developed various preventive lifestyle and awareness programs based on recent scientific studies. These programs are based on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual balance. Bianca was the initiator of Stichting Levenskunst, which has developed preventive health programs for various insurers and municipalities. She is the author of various columns and co-author of the book "LevensKunst voor Mantelzorgers".
After she stopped her private practice, she successfully focused on giving cooking workshops, private dinners and catering.

Doris studied both Dutch Law and Tax Law at the VU in Amsterdam and Katholieke Hogeschool in Tilburg. Through her personal development and experiences, her life mission has become to ensure that everyone's interests fit into the legal, financial and emotional possibilities of both personal and business issues. Doris does this in her own unique way, creative and connecting.
I support the fundamental principles of the foundation because it is a consequence of the important article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
“All people are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and ought to behave towards one another in the spirit of brotherhood. "

1 + 1 = 3
Bringing together companies and people with the aim of creating a future full of growth and opportunities is something that I work on every day. In addition to a financial aspect, a transaction remains a people thing and a process is full of emotions and the promotion of various interests. I support the AndarLucia project because I believe that this project - which is aimed at bringing people and cultures together in a positive way - will also lead to future value, growth and development of the total.
Silke studied Finance & Investments at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and works as a merger & acquisition advisor at a medium-sized consultancy company in Amsterdam.
Comittee of Recommendation
The AndarLucia project is supported by an international Committee of Recommendation.
I like to think and act constructively: what is possible - how can things improve, more beautiful, clearer? How can we use a positive approach? How can we connect with what people want?
At the same time I am very much in favor of clarity: if you have something to say, be explicit in it, do not restrain yourself, because then your mission (and yourself) will not come forward. Be specific in your intentions.
I advise AndarLucia in all areas to clearly highlight what the foundation stands for and how it can best be achieved.

I deal with impact on a daily basis: how can we move from our traditional economic way of thinking to an economy that focuses on impact? Where it is not only about money, but where everyone benefits from all the beautiful things we can achieve.
I advise the Andarlucia Foundation because it focuses precisely on value that too often is not valued: the impact through connection between people and cultures.
I graduated in econometric and work at Impact Institute.

More than 35 years working as a culinary specialist (culi-expert)
The diversity of cultures that I have become acquainted with in my field over the years continue to inspire me. Both in the development of my recipes and in my culinary articles.
The connection of cultures via the (kitchen) table, the preparation of delicious food, explanation of ingredients and the physical effect that herbs / spices have for example is a recurring part of my contribution to our project AndarLucia.
